Dr. Yale Knight received his doctorate in Optometry from Northern Illinois College of Optometry. He attended the University of Wisconsin and Indiana University for his undergraduate studies. Postgraduate studies include but are not limited to: the University of Missouri-St. Louis, the Ohio State University, and Johns Hopkins University.
Dr. Knight is a WWII veteran of the United States Army Air Corps where he trained as a pilot. Dr. Knight is an avid tennis player and has been ranked in the state of Wisconsin.
Dr. Knight is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Wisconsin Optometric Association.
Dr. Eric Knight is the medical director of Knight Vision and Glaucoma Specialists, Inc. Dr. Knight is a native of Milwaukee, and attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison majoring in Microbiology for his undergraduate studies. He attended the Illinois College of Optometry where he completed his doctorate in Optometry. He attended postgraduate training at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and laser training at Harvard University. Dr. Knight specializes in general eye care, the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, infectious eye diseases, and dry eye syndrome.
Dr. Knight has competed in triathlons since the mid 1980's and has finished the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, and most recently the 2009 Florida Ironman triathlon 70.3. Dr. Knight was also listed in 1985 in USA TODAY as one of the top marathon runners by state after running the New York City Marathon.
Dr. Knight has published numerous medical articles and has been quoted in NEWSWEEK, the Milwaukee Sentinel, Miami Herald, GQ, the Milwaukee Journal, and Better Homes and Gardens. He has lectured across the country to doctors about the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma.

Jaime D. Bembenek, O.D is a Consultative and Associate Optometrist at Knight Vision and Glaucoma Specialists.Making the Deanís Honor List at the University of Wisconsin Madison as bacteriology major, she went on to graduate from the Illinois College of Optometry with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Science and Doctor of Optometry in 2003.
Dr. Bembenek completed Primary Care externships at the JamaicaPlainsVeteransHospital in BostonMassachusetts, and Ocular Disease externships at Omni Eye Services in AtlantaGeorgia.Additional internship experiences include Low Vision services at Sidney Hillman/Hines Veteran Hospital and Contact Lens Specialty at the Illinois Eye Institute, both in ChicagoIllinois.Dr. Bembenek specializes in comprehensive eye care including the treatment and management of glaucoma, contact lenses, dry eye syndrome, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and pre and post operative cataracts.
